Did You Know? – #2: Using Projector in an online meeting

Hello friends of Projector;

I did not intend to be so tardy with the second installment of the “Did You Know” series of mailing/blog posts, but with the “new normal” of life these days, I thought that this article would be especially timely and helpful.

Today’s Did You Know #2 is to let you know of a new Help article that I’ve just completed, titled Screen sharing Projector on a virtual meeting.

There are several online meeting apps / sites that folks have been using a lot lately to keep in touch with loved ones, congregations, and others.  Examples of these apps are Zoom and Google Meet / Hangouts.  The Zoom app has been especially popular due to their provision of a free usage tier that has extended time limit (greater than 40 minute) to help keep people connected virtually.  The new Help article gives you a step-by-step example using the Zoom app to share your screen and present your worship plan with Projector.  Additional online meeting tips are also given in the article.

So, please check out the Screen sharing Projector on a virtual meeting article if it could be helpful to keeping in-touch with your church at large or in small groups!

And always remember – God is in control.
