Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to have a Planning Center account to use WorshipStorm?
Yes. Planning Center Services is the cloud-based back-end that WorshipStorm Projector operates from. You will need to sign into your Planning Center account to use Projector.
Do I have to be connected to the Internet all the time to use WorshipStorm?
Not all the time. You will need to have internet connection to load Plans and Songs from your Planning Center Services account, but can then operate in an ‘offline’ mode. If you have selected streaming media (like a YouTube video) in your plan, then you will need an internet connection to play that media.
What does “low cost” mean?
WorshipStorm Projector is available in the Apple App Store. Any Planning Center Services user can login and start a 30 day free trial for their organization. At the end of the 30 day free trial, a Planning Center Services user in your organization can login and purchase a Projector Subscription via in-app purchase (monthly subscription of $6.99 USD, or annual subscription of $71.99 USD). Projector will be available for all users in your Planning Center Services organization during the free trial and when a subscription is purchased. Only one Apple ID needs to subscribe; all other users in your Organization will automatically have access to the Projector data via the WorshipStorm Cloud, keeping everything ‘in sync’ just like with the original Planning Center Projector. So it’s that one low cost for all Projector users in your Organization! Please check out the Subscribing to Projector online article for additional details!
