Do I need to have a Planning Center account to use WorshipStorm?

Yes.  Planning Center Services is the cloud-based back-end that the WorshipStorm product family operates from.  You will need to sign in to your Planning Center user to use the WorshipStorm apps, with the exception of the WorshipStorm Viewer app, which can be used by anybody (no Planning Center account needed).


Do I have to be connected to the Internet all the time to use WorshipStorm?

Not all the time.  You will need to have internet connection to load Plans and Songs from your Planning Center Services account, but can then operate in an ‘offline’ mode.

What does “low cost” mean?

WorshipStorm Projector is available now as a free download from the App Store and will operate in a limited functionality mode until your Planning Center Organization purchases a Projector Subscription (in-app purchase / monthly subscription of $4.99 USD, with a 1-month free trial). Only one Apple ID needs to subscribe, then multiple users in your Organization can then be invited by the app subscriber to share the Projector database and keep everything ‘in sync’ just like with Planning Center Projector. So it’s that one low cost for all Projector users in your Organization!
